About the Position Our client is seeking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales. The SDR will be responsible for generating leads, conducting cold calls, and setting appointments to support business growth. This role requires excellent English communication skills and the ability to adapt and improve sales processes.
Responsibilities:
Engage in cold calling and appointment setting with potential clients.
Work with provided leads and scripts initially, with the potential to develop and enhance sales processes.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate to prospective clients.
Requirements:
2-4 years of B2B sales experience, particularly in cold calling, appointment setting, and prospecting.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
Ability to understand customer needs and handle sales negotiations effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to propose improvements to sales strategies.
