Summary

Responsible for every HMH BOP & auxiliaries equipment's maintenance and operation offshore, being in accordance with the OEM scope and procedures.

Job Responsibilities

• ■ Installation, maintenance, testing, monitoring and diagnosis of hydraulic and mechanical activities in the BOP stack and Capital Drilling (CDE);
  ■ In the hydraulics scope, perform activities for the preservation and reactivation of the BOP stack;
  ■ Commissioning of BOP in the hydraulic scope;
  ■ Conduct training within the stipulated deadlines;
  ■ Make a daily record of onshore and offshore activities (Daily report);
  ■ Ability to read and understand Mechanical/Hydraulic schematics and procedures;
  ■ Perform dimensional tests, as well as NDE LP/PM.
  ■ Monitor equipment tests and assembly at the factory when requested by management, being able to perform FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and stack up;
  ■ Participate in operational planning and HSE meetings, cooperating technically for the best performance of the team;
  ■ Communicate in advance any discrepancies in the standards of operations to be carried out so that there is an evaluation, eventual change and approval by the client;
  ■ Ensuring that the customer's representative is informed of the progress of offshore and onshore operations;
  ■ Continuously seek technical and operational knowledge, aiming at its operational autonomy;
  ■ Make presentations to the client whenever requested;

Required Qualifications

■ Graduation:

§ Technical degree in Hydraulic, Mechanical, or Inspection (acceptable Engineering degree as equivalence)

§ Qualification in NDE (LP & PM) - desired

■ Experience / Skill:

§ See Professional Leveling Criteria according HMH career Framework – Level F4

§ At least 5 years of experience with BOP (subsea tasks).
