Position
Latin America Leaning & Development Manager
This profile will be responsible for managing training and development projects, Employee Experience, Culture and DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion).
Responsibilities
In this position, you will be responsible to support and influence our subsidiaries team on the deployment of the Human Resources Strategy, with constant interaction with business Human Resources Team and Business leaders of multiple countries.
We expect you to be energized, pro-active, able to fastly adapt yourself and surpass difficulties into complex business scenarios. English Language is mandatory and Spanish is a plus.
Background & Experience
• It is necessary to have good analytical skills, to be able to analyze and interpret data generating Insights.
• It is key to have a deep background on theory and methodologies of: Leadership, Culture and assessment.
