from R$ 9.000,00 Working hours: 40h week/ 6am to 15pm Why we are hiring Zoocha is seeking a Digital Analytics Specialist to join the Client Services team and drive a data-driven approach to customer success across the organisation. This is a new role within the agency, reporting directly to the Head of Client Services and working closely with our CEO. We are embarking on a phase of significant internal positive change at Zoocha, building out our analytics capability and approach to customer success to complement our industry-leading Drupal design and build offering. We are looking for a highly numerate analytics expert to join the team and help activate our roadmap for change. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work with high profile clients like the United Nations and UK Government organisations, driving improved performance of their digital properties through data driven insight. Supported by our Client Services team, you’ll be leading the charge around bringing our reimagined approach to analysis and presentation of data, including how we share web performance insight as part of our monthly client Service Reviews. Some key objectives of this new position include: Interrogate performance data from various sources such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Chrome User Experience Report (CrUX) Core Web Vitals, and other insight tools. Identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform strategic decisions. Support the creation of a data-driven culture within Zoocha and among our clients. The Role / Your Remit As a Digital Analytics Specialist at Zoocha, you will play a critical role in enhancing our clients' digital presence by leveraging performance data to draw actionable insights and trends. Your work will directly contribute to the continuous improvement of client digital services, ensuring they meet and exceed performance expectations. Expectations Although a hybrid working role would be desirable, this a remote working role, where you will need to have a suitable work environment at home with good internet connectivity. No travel to clients offices is required. Driving excellence in analytics and reporting standards Build and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards for clients, showcasing website performance and areas for improvement. Strive to automate reporting to improve efficiency and accelerate the use of insight among clients. Understanding our clients digital strategies and adding value through insight Defining goals, events, engagement metrics and custom reports in line with client objectives. Working with the creative team to understand good experience design practices so analytics reporting drives improvements in user experience through optimised journeys and information architecture measured through the lens of understanding the user needs. Sharing insight across clients to leverage understanding of what is driving success and applying this to recommendations for optimization. Growing our reputation for Insight & Analytics Ensure consistent implementation of tracking and analytics across clients with a focus on success metrics and conversion events. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting and analytical outputs. Undertaking audits of clients analytics setup and configuration and make recommendations for improvement and optimization. Independence, thought leadership & knowledge sharing with the wider team Collaborate closely with service managers to define KPIs, interpret data and present insights in a clear, actionable manner. Stay abreast of the latest trends in web analytics and performance metrics to continuously refine our analytics approach. Work alongside the strategy, experience, and development teams to generate recommendations for website optimizations based on data analysis. Drive strategic thinking at Zoocha about the future of digital services and excellence in digital user experiences. Ability to work independently and be self-directing; there are limited web analytics skills across the team and so you must be comfortable being the subject matter expert and the go-to person for all things digital analytics related. Mandatory requirements Bachelor’s degree in a subject with a strong numerate focus (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Physics or related). At least 2 years of experience in a role involving routine use of web analytics software. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. You MUST have a VISA or work permit already. You MUST NOT apply through a recruitment consultant as your application will be disregarded. Skills and experience we’re looking for Strong numerical and analytical skills, with an ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights. Certified in Google Analytics, with in-depth knowledge of GA4 and other Google tools (Search Console, CrUX etc). Proven experience in building and maintaining complex data sets, spreadsheets, and reports. Data visualisation experience with tools like Google LookerStudio. Skilled in using Google Tag Manager to manage tracking codes and streamline the deployment of various analytics and marketing tags without modifying the code. Good understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g. Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics) Good communication skills, with the ability to explain and share the outputs of data analysis. A collaborative team player who can work effectively across different teams and disciplines. A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. Nice-to-have experience Good knowledge of conversion rate optimisation tools (e.g. Optimizely, VWO, Hotjar etc) would be super helpful. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to implement tracking codes and troubleshoot issues on websites. Experience with Python and Data Management tools like CKAN. Experience with customer data platforms/ data layers (e.g. Segment) to help feed into personalisation projects. Good working knowledge of GDPR and data privacy/ tracking laws etc. Why work at Zoocha?
