Job description

Doo's Expectations: Promote company’s financial products and services. Achieve daily and monthly KPIs. Contact clients via phone and provide the highest level of service. Assist clients with the company's trading systems. Keep up to date with the financial markets and communicate these to clients. Follow the company’s compliance policies and procedures regarding the processing of client documentation and other relevant matters. Must Have’s: 1-2 years of experience as an Account Manager in Conversion/Retention position in a financial services company would be an advantage. Native in Portuguese Language both written and oral. Good knowledge of the English Language both written and oral. Computer literate, good capacity of Microsoft Office applications. Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals. Dynamic, innovative and target driven. Ability to work on own initiative, expand and generate business. Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-moving environment.
