CANDIDATE PROFILE - Deep knowledge and understanding marketing practices in consumer markets and loyalty marketing
- Strong initiative, be results-oriented and have well-proven influencing /impact skills
- 3-5 years of experience working in software consulting or client facing role (e.g.: client manager, sales consultant)
- Good understanding of product offering, USP and pitch
- Communicative, customer-focused, success-oriented
- Problem-solving attitude and strong analytical skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit, working independently
- Follower of newest marketing trends
- Willing to work under pressure, meet deadlines
- Proven experience in working with C-levels, consulting and customers acquisition, public speaking
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Building relationships and maintaining contacts with clients, everyday work in Portuguese and Spanish.
- Identifying customer needs and preparing tailored offers
- Conducting meetings and a demo of the Comarch application
- Cooperation with consulting departments and programming teams in product development
- Participation and representation of the company at conferences and industry events
- Identify, manage, and address enterprise customer’s needs, in the field of marketing, loyalty and customer engagement
- Define IT requirements, based on the business objectives and requirements
- Plan, prepare and conduct presentations & product demos for clients, with the support of the sales team
- Co-operate with the product team to drive innovation and change on product roadmaps
- An active role in RFI/RFP processes
- Work closely with sales, production, and marketing teams.
