Nossa escola está em busca de professores de inglês :

• jornada de 44 horas semanais;
• Buscamos desenvolver profissionais para ocupar posições de teachers of English em nossas unidades escolares. Terão a oportunidade de vivenciar o ambiente escolar e o dia a dia da parte acadêmica, intercalando com uma grade de treinamentos e mentorias para impulsioná-los em sua formação.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

You will be responsible for teaching, preparing content and managing students in school environments following RED BALLOON's pedagogical plan:

• Teach classes and guide children's learning, promoting learning experiences based on RED BALLOON's pedagogical plan and the special needs of every student;
• Know the school's Pedagogical Proposal, the approach adopted and the learning expectations of that specific grade;
• Analyze the student's evolution in the learning process, collecting evidence and paying attention to individual needs, defining actions to improve performance;
• Develop, together with the coordination, strategies that promote the improvement and engagement of students, based on observation and evidence collection;
• Promote classes and differentiation strategies for students with learning difficulties;
• Ensure safety, constantly staying with students, in any activity, observing, guiding and interfering when necessary, to avoid possible accidents. Keeping this stance comprehensively to all school students;
• Carefully observe the child's attitudes and behaviors in order to identify illnesses, managing the necessary actions;
• Report the observed behaviors and performance of the children to the coordinator, in order to keep families informed;
• Receive students at the school entrance and exit, paying attention to handing the children over only to a person in charge;
• Follow RED BALLOON´S general guidelines (manuals, etc);
• Forward copies of activities and material for class use or projects for approval by the Coordination, respecting the set deadlines;
• Maintain accurate and complete student records;
• Advise students through evidence-based practices, managing conflict situations, according to what is proposed by the school philosophy;
• Prepare the Report Cards and present them to the coordination, complying to deadlines;
• Inform the responsible parents/guardians, in individual or collective meetings and with the supervision of the coordinator, about the student's development;
• Attend Local Meetings, educational conferences and teacher training workshops in order to maintain and improve professional competence;
• Be responsible for student material and class management;
• Communicate to the coordination the daily occurrences related to the students (accidents, illnesses, absences, etc.);
• Meet deadlines;
• Check and control allergies and special diets of students in the class, ensuring safety;
• Perform tasks related to those described above and those determined by the immediate superior.

Requisitos para esta oportunidade:

• Profissionais Graduados e/ou Estudantes de Letras/Pedagogia, sem experiência, com Inglês Avançado.
• Profissionais Graduados e/ou Estudantes de outras áreas com Inglês Avançado.
• Profissionais com Certificados de Proficiência: FCE, CAE, CPE, TOEFL, MICHIGAN, PROGRAMAS DE INTERCÂMBIO, dentre outros.
