--Desafios da posição: Atuação com Regulatório (SUSEP): processos administrativos, fiscalizações, elaboração de recursos, defesas, petições, ofícios e outros instrumentos necessários ao atendimento ao regulador. laboração de pareceres jurídicos (técnicos, estratégicos, legislação) com avaliação de risco e apontamento de soluções e oportunidades, análise de legislação e normativos (circulares, resoluções, consultas públicas). Interação com todas as áreas da Companhia. Atuação em projetos da Vice Presidência Jurídica e demais áreas da Companhia. Manutenção do sistema jurídico e demais ferramentas atualizadas.
