BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

7+ years of relevant engineering experience

3+ years of people management experience, managing engineers

Experience in partnering with product and program management teams

• 3+ years of experience architecting and designing (architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling) new and current systems

• 6+ years of relevant software development experience

• Ability to manage a large team including the ability to lead managers

• Sound knowledge of service-oriented architecture and distributed solutions.

• Ability to build and develop a high-performing tech talent pool of Data Engineers/SDEs/SDM/TPM

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to work in a start-up-like environment.

• Ability to disambiguate complex business problems

• Ability to present tech vision and status to the senior leadership team

• Able to work on a diverse team
