About the Team:
The Data & Analytics team turns data into actionable insights that drive business value by leveraging advanced technologies and methodologies to collect, process, and analyze large and complex data.
Analytics Engineering Sr associate is the most high-level maturity in data analysis before the Y career chooses (specialist or management), he needs to have excellent skills to execute complex tasks and think about new solutions to make a scalable, performative, and organized data structure considering the different requirements that the area has or can have in the future. It includes all areas of data governance like performance, storage, computational capacity, data quality, and documentation.
Job Description:
● Understand stakeholders' requests and be capable to develop the better possible solution guaranteeing good performance, automated and scalable scenarios exceeding the technical expectations.
● Delegate and guide the less experienced peers in operational tasks or try to automate them. Participate and lead strategic data modeling, quality, and processing projects to improve our capacity and performance.
● Can negotiate deadlines for all Analytics Eng. team tasks with different hierarchy levels and demonstrate the effort and benefits of requested and suggested solutions to pass security, confidence, and alignment to all areas.
● Be capable to understand the math from behind business health metrics and facilitate, monitoring, and guarantee the correct calculation method through new tables, data quality, automation, and data solutions;
● Be a reference about data and can improve the operation of stakeholders through better data solutions, and facilitate the day-by-day using automation effectively in all stakeholder areas;
● Have an innovative approach to develop solutions requested by the analytical areas and understand the impact of each process in the computational processing.
● Be capable to develop organized and accurate data visualizations that can impact or demonstrate the value of the information to all stakeholders.
●Use and monitor the effectiveness of database structure, proposing new solutions and approaches to improving performance, scalability, and the services that we use;
●Be able to create, improve, follow, and implement new and existing company data standards like documentation, structure, indentation, and organization. Be a disseminator of these cultures;
● Be capable to be agile to execute organized codes with good performance, teach less experienced peers about good practices or new knowledge to extract correct data, automate complex pipelines, and improve the performance of deliverables;
