Atividades

Atividades de Tesouraria com foco em Contas a Receber tendo como principais responsabilidades as atividades listadas abaixo:

• Conciliação contábil de contas a receber e bancos;
• Cancelamento e estorno de venda;
• Tratativas de boletos;
• Controle e reembolsos de despesas de loja;
• Alimentação de planilhas e controles;
• Lançamentos contábeis, conciliações e baixas de títulos em sistema;
• Acompanhamento e organização de e-mails e documentos;
• Interface com clientes internos e externos (lojas, fornecedores de serviço e adquirentes).

Desejável

• Experiência prévia em atividades relacionadas ao contas a receber em empresas de varejo;
• Conhecimentos avançados no pacote Office, especialmente Excel, com habilidade no tratamento e conciliações de planilhas com grande volume de dados;
• Habilidades no gerenciamento de tempo, boa comunicação e atenção aos detalhes;
• Inglês Avançado.
