Volkswagen Group Services has the purpose of providing specifics services to VW Group companies, ensuring excellence in our deliveries, and focusing on the strategic needs of each client.

In 2023 we started our South America operation, and we are looking for talented and engaged professionals who want to embark on this journey with us.

Responsibilities and assignments

Main responsibilities:

• Develop technical solutions for digital transformation projects, indicating architecture patterns, frameworks, platforms, techniques, tools, and components, as well as their interactions in Front-End, Back-End, and middleware/integration layers;

• Follow the TRATON group's architecture guidelines and apply them to the area's projects;

• Know the aspects of software development, as well as policies and practices defined by RIO and VWCO;

• Interact with international teams in technical discussions related to products;

• Technically guide development teams regarding RIO and VWCO policies and practices, ensuring their applicability (use of recommended technologies, coding standards, workflows);

• Support development, product and technology teams in gathering requirements (functional and non-functional) for the development of software and applications;

• Structure and design the functions and interfaces between users and the product using appropriate tools and practices and aligned with the RIO technological radar;

• Develop technical specifications aimed at integrations;

• Ensure compliance of developed software and applications with quality and security requirements.

Requirements and qualifications

Experience required:

• Minimum 3 years of experience;

• Several years of working experience in SW and Cloud architect projects with cross-functional team members.

Education:

• Studies on IT engineering, computer/data science, business informatics or comparable qualifications, engineering, system engineering, mathematics (Master's degree preferred).

• Experience in the implementation of complex, Agile projects, with a problem solving and critical thinking mindset (preferably SCRUM or SAFe certified);

• Knowledge of API/integration and handling databases

• Very good written and verbal English skills.

Hiring CLT, hybrid format, being necessary the presence in our office in Morumbi, São Paulo/SP, 2 or 3x per week.
