What you'll do:
In the R&D Excellence department, you will serve as a change agent for project management, improvement and innovation, developing and maintaining project management tools and processes, analyzing processes, and identifying opportunities and risks. If you have a great sense of organization, are always up to date with the latest technologies and trends, and are always looking for a way to make things better, take a shot! Help Electrolux keep reaching even better results, and we'll help you design the career you want.

You will be based at the Guabirotuba plant in Curitiba. One of the focal points for all Latin American Electrolux operations, this plant is the base for over 3200 collaborators, all focused on transforming the way the world lives by shaping lives for the better with their work.
