What you'll do:

In the R&D Excellence department, you will serve as a change agent for project management, improvement and innovation, developing and maintaining project management tools and processes, analyzing processes, and identifying opportunities and risks. If you have a great sense of organization, are always up to date with the latest technologies and trends, and are always looking for a way to make things better, take a shot! In detail, you will:

• Act as a reference point for matters related to process and project management in the area;
• Monitor and support the use of process and project management tools in the company, ensuring the functionality of existing tools;
• Seek and develop new tools and innovations related to project management, participating in forums on the subject to bring the best practices and technologies to the company;
• Plan, organize, elaborate material and deliver training for Project Managers and the R&D team;
• Elaborate and maintain the area's databases, keeping track of KPIs and analyzing results to identify improvement opportunities;
• Assist in the creation, review, and monitoring of budgets for each project and for the area as a whole;
• Contribute to the implementation of new project management methodologies, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes.

As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).

Who you are:

You have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering;
• Experience with project management in PMO roles;
• Experience with Excellence processes within the R&D area;
• Knowledge of budget management related to R&D Projects Portfolio (CAPEX and OPEX);
• Knowledge of KPI elaboration and analysis;
• Knowledge of ISO 9000 standards;
• Knowledge of project management and performance monitoring tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Visual Basic, SharePoint Designer, Jira, MS Project);
• Advanced Excel skills;
• Advanced English (Spanish is a plus).
