Location: Leeds
Overview of the role:
We are looking for a Product Exec to join our Betfair International team (part of Flutter International). It's a role with a wide remit to get stuck into including, but not limited to, Sports and Account improvements for Brazilian customers.
This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both, while recognising that quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned.
Our Leeds office is at the heart of our business. The 8-storey building has an onsite staff gym and cafeteria, two heated rooftop terraces, a dedicated gaming room and a staircase amphitheatre. The space brings all our teams under one roof in the biggest private letting office in Yorkshire.
What you’ll do:
As our Product Executive, you will manage the 6-12 month roadmap for up to 2 squads and prioritise delivering customer value fast through customer research and experimentation.
Key responsibilities include:
Write high-level requirements, negotiate scope and support the Product Owners
Review, measure and assess success
Build and maintain strong relationships with UKI counterparts
Identify and input into key UKI projects/initiatives
Help to better circulate UKI plans for INT inclusion (e.g. with Commercial, Customer Service and Payments)
Learn to self-serve product metrics for your area and experiments (e.g. Looker and Google Analytics)
Make decisions and escalate where required
Flag inefficiencies with current processes and ways of working
Create and communicate updates to stakeholders
What you’ll bring:

Sports experience is advantageous but not crucial. Likewise for previous experience working with or within a tech squad. Experience working with Microsoft packages, Confluence and JIRA (or similar) is highly desirable.
Willing to support with business analysis, project mgt or other hats where resource is lean
Comfortable pushing back to line mgr and wider stakeholders where needed to manage priorities
Positive mindset
Open to change – keen to help improve processes and ways of working
Learn to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines and sometimes high-risk implications
Experience within scaled agile development environment advantageous
Excellent communication skills
Ability to prioritise a demanding workload
Ability to use analytics and information to problem solve beneficial

Consider and surface where Brazil improvements could benefit other International customers
Please note that up to quarterly travel to Dublin, London, Porto, Leeds or Cluj may be required.
