For our location in Rio de Janeiro - Brazil, ROSEN is looking for a Proposals and Contracts Administrator to act as administrative support both then the acquisition and execution phase of the project. The primary role is data entry and data quality activities to support the process.

Main Responsabilities:

Handle documentantion  with clients and vendors;
Maintain proposal and contract specific information into ROSEN Business Software (BSW);
Register project & inquiry in BSW;
Maintain (register and update) proposal in BSW;
Register and update contract/PO in BSW;
Secure data quality by running regular checks and requesting updates when needed;
Provide data entry support for client 3rd party acquisition software (such as Ariba);
Effective communication with other individuals and teams;
Register and update contract/PO in SAP and support the invoicing process;
Create and/or update basic object data in Business Software;
Register budget in BSW;
Keeping overview of referenced projects (relation, services, pricing, etc.);
Provide supporting documents during audits;
Assisting in the preparation of materials for proposal and contracts;

Requirements

The successful candidate should have the minimum qualifications and/or skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engeneering, International Relations or related areas.
2 years’ experience working with Proposals and Contracts.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbally in English.
Excellent planning and organizational skills, detail orientation, resilience, analytical, team work.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a fast paced environment.
