Job description
As a Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition team with data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. You will work closely with hiring managers and Talent team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process and assist in identifying and implementing strategies to attract and retain top talent within the gaming industry.

Key responsibilities:
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, resume review, and candidate scheduling.
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives to attract qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and participate in interviews.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of recruitment systems, including applicant tracking software.
- Provide support in the creation and updating of job descriptions and employee onboarding materials.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR technology.
- Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the gaming industry and experience recruiting for technical roles is preferred.
