Job description

RINA is currently recruiting for a Technical Management Managerto join its office in Rio de Janeiro within the Energy Procurement Solutions Division.

Mission

The mission of the Technical Management Manager is to provide comprehensive technical support across the Americas, collaborating closely with the operations team, offering assistance to the sales department, and ensuring the effectiveness of the quality management system. This role, based in Rio de Janeiro, requires a skilled individual to serve as a field inspector, assessing the company's technical capabilities and ensuring alignment with client demands.

Responsabilities

• Provide technical support to the operations team, ensuring seamless project execution.

• Collaborate with the commercial department to address technical aspects and support business development efforts.

• Uphold and enhance the quality management system to meet industry standards.

• Act as a field inspector, evaluating the company's technical proficiency to meet client requirements.

• Utilize expertise in audits, coding, and certification processes to assess and improve operational capabilities.

• Ensure compliance with client specifications and standards.

• Assess the technical quality of projects, comparing actual outcomes with established standards.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of inspections, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical management, preferably in a field inspection role.
• Proficiency in audits, coding knowledge, and understanding of certifications.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate technical aspects of projects.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Based in Rio de Janeiro.
