Job description
- Technical support person for voice communications systems.
- Working with resellers and integrators, in some cases also with end-users (businesses).
- Option for presales work.
- Working hours - 8:00 am - 5:00 pm US Central Time
Requirements
- Knowledge & experience with VoIP, Linux and computer networks.
- Some software background & database knowledge - advantage.
- English & Spanish - high proficiency - reading, writing and conversation
- Ability to work systematically, learn on the job.
- Representative, good communication skills and efficiency at work.
