Requirements +5 years of experience in Portfolio Management and Structured Debt Facilities Operations Fluent in English/Portuguese (written and verbal) Strong analytical skills with expertise in credit risk assessment Proven track record of managing investment portfolios and delivering strong investment results Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Knowledge of risk management principles and strategies Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders Strong understanding of financial markets, economic trends, and investment principles Familiar with data visualization tools like PowerBI and Tableau Knowledge of Python and SQL is a big plus Track record in lean methodology is a plus CFA or other relevant professional designation is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Responsibilities Oversee the management of credit portfolios, including monitoring performance, identifying risks, and developing investment strategies. Use financial modeling and quantitative analysis to evaluate portfolio holdings' risk and return profiles in different scenarios. Setting up and managing operational and legal infrastructure related to Structured Debt Facilities. Providing clients with regular updates on portfolio performance and potential impacts. Enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness within portfolio management by implementing automation and technology solutions to streamline processes. Develop and maintain models for forecasting cash flows, default rates, and other financial metrics. To inform strategic decision-making, and evaluate market trends, economic indicators, and industry developments. Closely work together with executive management and teams to achieve outcomes based on company goals.
