Job description

At Baufest, we want to improve life with technology, so we are looking for a Portfolio Management Analyst with advanced English to join our team of professionals on a freelance basis. The position is hybrid , requiring presence in the offices located in São Paulo (2-3 days per week max.). Our selection processes are happening 100% remotely. Please attach your CV in english. Responsibilities : Supports the ITDM team to establish the IT & Data Strategic Portfolio plan. Coordinates the planning and initiation of portfolios at various levels of completion. Understands the business needs, proactively conducts exploratory and confirmatory analysis to identify project value proposition in the portfolio. Collaborates on the definition of rules and procedures for making portfolio decisions. Leads its implementation. Manages the project intake process and ensure all IT & Data projects are being estimated and properly prioritized. Develops criteria for portfolio evaluation in collaboration with ITDM Product Owner and stakeholders. Deploys common set of portfolio management practices and tools to ensure business value is generated. Identifies needs to replan or rebase projects and product efforts with poor performance, and to escalate project issues. Monitors progress, budgets (forecast and actuals), schedules and value creation of the portfolio. Supports project level reviews. Compiles, analyzes and distributes status reports, budget expenditures, etc. to ensure standards are followed. Contributes to the vision of the IT Demand & Project Portfolio product, its definition, and the associated value. Makes recommendations to build and sustain the backlog, arbitrating among different needs and priorities. Promote the continuous improvement of the ITDM Product, leveraging the SCRUM framework. Actively engage stakeholders and act as the key liaison between the Office of the CIO and IT & Data teams Defines, analyzes, and validates key metrics to inform decision-making stakeholders and measures portfolio delivery success from a business and user perspective. Maintains demand and project portfolio in central repositories (SmartSheets and Service Now) according with established rules and timing. Performs reporting analysis out of Service Now and Business Intelligence systems, to provide analytical support to the IT leadership team and prepare insightful presentations for the different stakeholders. Present observations effectively through the preparation of charts, graphs and other visual elements. Is curious about technology processes & products (Customer B2B, Ecommerce, Master data management, RGM, etc), IT Platforms and/or end users. Agile and Scrum Framework Main Requirements : Must Have: Bachelor’s degree. 3 to 5+ years of business experience in a related field and preferably within the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry Must possess expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, financial management, resource management, and organizational change management techniques. Solid communication and presentation skills, strong analytical skills and close attention to detail required. Must have excellent leadership, interpersonal, and motivational skills and be a team player. Collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams in a cross-cultural and cross-functional environment. Demonstrated adaptability to change, customer focus, continuous learning, and problem solving required. Organized, focused and able to thrive in a dynamic environment. Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) with proven ability to produce top-quality work suitable for Executive level presentations. Ability to think critically and craft analytics/visual charts quickly. Fluent in understanding and speaking English. Desirable : Exposure to purchasing, budgeting and planning processes: Opex and Capex. PowerBI dashboard development expertise. Experience on PM applications, e.g. Asana, Jira, ServiceNow, MS Project, Smartsheets, etc. Knowledge and experience on Agile frameworks. Results driven with a continuous improvement mentality. Business sense and analytical abilities. Self-starter with the drive to succeed under limited direction. Project Management Professional (PMP) and SCRUM Certifications are preferred.
