The Sr. Product Manager Selection leader is responsible for improving our performance in this area in Brazil, collaborating with international and central teams to drive insights as well as implementing cross-functional initiatives to drive performance. The role offers the opportunity to have a leading voice in senior level review meetings. Its high profile gives the selection leader a significant opportunity to influence and shape Brazil processes and progress in this area.
This role requires an strategic thinker who has exceptional data analytics skills, can solve tough business problems, and define innovative ways to use technology to tackle them at scale. You simultaneously dive deep into the tactical details and set a broad strategic vision for execution and scale. You are data quality obsessed and excel at distinguishing signal from noise and you create data-driven insight from a variety of sources. As a leader of this role you will have high leadership visibility and will own, develop and deliver on a roadmap to increase our selection, improving our customer experience by offering all the items our customers want. Key job responsibilities- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
