Senior Software Sales Representative

Job description

Monthly estimate: ~BRL 15 000

Altegio is a European software developer, its main product is a cloud scheduling and business management software for local service businesses (beauty, wellness/sport and healthcare).

The company is entering Brazilian market with a focus on providing enterprise level solutions and services for large organizations, chains and market leaders.

All management speaks English, so English is essential for most vacancies. We are looking for professionals who have experience in software sales (SaaS) and implementation/integration projects.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategy to attract large sophisticated clients.

- Build a small team of SDRs, ensuring their effectiveness and achievement of shared goals.

- Identify and analyze potential clients, including networking and establishing business contacts.

- Conduct negotiations with key stakeholders and business owners.

- Gather clients requirements and tracking onboarding and implementation projects.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

- Evaluate market competition and industry trends to identify new growth opportunities.

- Build a small team of SDRs, ensuring their effectiveness and achievement of shared goals.

Qualifications

- Experience in B2B sales, only in the technology or IT sector.

- Proven success in closing large deals and attracting major clients.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to think strategically and analytically.

- Ambitions to grow in team management.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or technology.
