Job description

Walker Lovell is currently recruiting for a Client Services Representative to join a trusted and growing Price Reporting Agency within the commodity space.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is committed to providing first-class customer service and supporting clients across a range of products and services.

What the job entails -

• Provide exceptional service to all clients.
• Communicate with clients through various channels.
• Resolve any client issues that arise.
• Maintain data quality across multiple systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to improve processes such as invoicing, cash collection, cash allocation fulfillment, and access.
• Serve as the first point of contact for internal customers.

What I am looking for -

• Minimum of 2 years B2B client support experience.
• Strong skills in Salesforce.
• Excellent communication skills, including strong English language skills.
• Experience in problem-solving and troubleshooting.
• Analytical skills.
• Experience with MS Office, Word, Excel, and Jira.
