Market IT Coordinator plays a key role engaging and supporting the manufacture agenda. The main purpose of this role is to connect and work seamlessly with the different Unilever areas (business functions and UniOps) to implement cutting-edge technology capabilities to improve the efficiency of these operations and pave the way for sustainable exponential growth.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Partner with the key stakeholders in Manufactories in Latam, to identify business needs (problem statement) and opportunities which can benefit from technology capabilities for Make, Quality, SHE and Logistics.
- Conduct bidding processes with business and procurement to evaluate and select technologies and partners to deploy technology capabilities to continuously improve manufacture process.
- Coordinate activities to rationalize the Manufactories technology in Latam, promoting a lean and strategical architecture for the cluster, partnering with UniOps Platform teams.
- To work with suppliers to estimate implementation time and costs, challenging technology partners to drive cost efficiencies.
- To work with technology suppliers (internal and external) to specify, design, build and implement solutions that are robust and scalable according to business demands.
- To understand different project delivery methodologies (e.g.: waterfall, agile scrum) and determine the best approach for each demand. To drive and disseminate discipline on scope management.
- Coordinate contract negotiations and revisions alongside procurement and legal.
- Provide support to create and approve business cases to justify investments in technology.
- Create and maintain project work plans based on manufacture business need.
- Lead the delivery of the agreed capabilities, working with virtual/physical teams.
- To ensure Change Management methods and techniques are implemented to land new technology components.
- Champion an agile experimentation (test & learn) environment to help explore ideas.
- To support business teams on solution testing and data validation, including demands coming from SAP ECC that impacts on manufactures systems.
- Responsible for adherence to Unilever Control and compliance policies (security, data confidentiality and others):
- Follow and support Global Security Assessment process (TPRM, ICAA, ISA, PRA)
- Design and implement service models to sustain and continuous improvement of technologies deployed to Manufactures Latam.
- Support transition to “business as usual” incl. embedding solution in business process & value tracking.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
- Bachelor-level degree in a technology, or administration, or Science Computing.
- Strong experience in business analysis methods and techniques.
- Strong experience with programme and project management, methods and techniques, inclusive Agile Scrum.
- Desirable working knowledge with Manufactures Technologies in Unilever or other companies.
- Desirable working knowledge with SAP in Unilever or other companies.
- Working knowledge on Unilever Cyber Security Policies and local Brazilian data privacy regulation (LGPD).
- Working knowledge with ITIL and DevOps and other best practices of IT service management.
- Passion for understanding business drivers and delivering value.
- Excellent team work and leadership skills (Desirable: experience working in a multi-location and virtual teams environment).
- Demonstrated track record of strong consultation, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
