The People Services Delivery Excellence team drives the project, analytics and automatization engine that supports our management, Operations teams, and business partners to make informed decisions in order to improve ROI and the Employee Experience. We drive a system of working that puts data, analytics, and technology at the core of every decision.
Role Description :
The position is geared towards fostering operational improvements, focusing not only on People Services but also extending support across various departments by identifying high-value opportunities through analytics and collaborating with leadership. This role will provide internal and external analytical support that will serve as the foundation for data-driven change management. This is a highly collaborative position playing a key role in identifying business opportunities, efficiencies, and best practices, as well as produce detailed data analysis focused on data storytelling. This position will serve as the subject matter expert in bridging the gap between analytics and operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise in acquiring, manipulating and reporting on data which supports People Services Service Lines.
- Design & deliver solutions based on Analytics to support People Services and Stakeholders Operations.
- Design & deliver solutions to automate processes for People Services and Stakeholders Operations.
- Design & deliver ad-hoc and standard reporting support for global and local People Services Service Lines:
- Develop, maintain, and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools.
- Assist in the development of standardized reports to meet ongoing operational reporting needs.
- Consult with local operations team to effectively evaluate data requirements and reporting needs.
- Support local reporting needs utilizing global standard reporting tools.
- Validate data integrity in system by running queries and analyzing data.
- Develop procedures, guidelines and documentation.
- Provide support including researching and resolving complex reporting problems, unexpected results or process flaws; recommends solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
- Assist People Services teams to use available dashboards or existing reports, promoting a self-service GM culture.
- Be a point of contact for self-service reporting related questions or queries.
- Identify data irregularities and work with People Services teams and global continuous improvement team to correct.
- Provide valuable and accrued insights to leadership, to support the decision-making process.
- Provide expertise on development and implementation process of the new reports / Dashboards.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Systems, or related discipline
- Team orientation, collaborative with cross-functional communication skills
- Must have experience working with Power BI, Knime, MS SharePoint, SQL and ETL concepts.
- Advanced English written and verbal is mandatory
- Strong practical use of data concepts and tools, aggregated reporting, analytics, and visualization
- Demonstrated business acumen, problem solving skills, intellectual maturity, and relationship management skills
- Perform with high personal standards in character, ethics, and Integrity
- Experience applying analytical methodologies such as text analytics, statistics.
- 2+ years, systems, and data analysis experience
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated ability to move quickly and deal with ambiguity
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance/supervision
- Strong multitasking and organizational/process skills
- Ability to analyze and synthesize complex issues to provide insight and metrics to drive the right business decisions
- Structure presentations in straightforward, efficient manner

- MS Power Apps
- MS Power Automate
- MS Power BI DAX coding
- Familiarity with Databricks
