Acting with coaching, providing support to improvement projects, suggesting and monitoring interventions focused on improving the maintenance processes, in order to ensure gains in productivity and efficiency.
Encourage and support the management of areas to act with a focus on continuous improvement, supporting whenever necessary.
Encourage progress in implementing the process of preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance for machining centers
Strong knowledge and experience in Lean Manufacturing in development and implementation in different environments considering maturity levels.
Knowledge in different continuous improvement systems such as VSM, SMED, TPM, Kanban, TPS, WCM etc...
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering
Strong’s knowledge in machining centers (mechanical and electronic)
Strong’s knowledge in RCM (reliability Centered Maintenance)
Ability to proficiently communicate ideas and concepts, developing the ability to persuade and influence others as needed, explaining why things are done the way they are within a broader organizational context.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to train people is mandatory
Verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
