Key job responsibilities
The BI Associate will support business growth with a focus on internal multiple teams and analyzing overall business. The role is focused on delivering reporting with accurate data at the right level and insights to report KPIs and support strategic decisions. The candidate will be a highly motivated individual, comfortable collaborating with business partners and resilient to deliver multiple requests from different pillars in the team. The role requires an individual who is eager to learn and possess a strong technical skill-set to meet challenging deadlines. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, strong attention to detail, and an ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
