Yournewrole
The Creative Strategist is responsible for the creative conception of campaigns, branding pieces, tv promos, trailers, and promotional materials for series and products & social media content for the most different platforms including always-on content for all brands in WBD's Kids & Animation portfolio and for Max. The work focuses on writing scripts, creative marketing, participating in creative rounds, driving briefings, and curating content together with designers and videomakers in the production of content, always assisting the Creative Team in the ideas elaboration and campaign planning with different WBD Kids & Animation Latam Teams. The Creative Strategist is very connected with streaming, social media language, and new trends in the digital ecosystem, as well as platform insights and practices to attend to goals based on data while developing creative skills within the Team.
Yourroleaccountabilities
Work with the entire Branding Team to be able to create scripts and creative concepts for all the needs of the brands;
Be able to drive all types of materials: video, gifs, texts, images, motion, etc;
Work with the designers and video editors to have the assets in their best practices for each platform;
Support the always-on and social media production for the brands with the creative team;
Conception of creative campaigns;
Organize campaign assets and presentations within the Manager;
Follow the development of creative pieces from beginning to final delivery;
Participate in filming and capturing materials.
Organization of creative demands with the Production Team;
Contact with vendors and internal teams for the execution of materials;
Material updates, approval, submissions, and asset requests;
Use and understand the platforms and their trends, hypes, and new features to explore creatively;
Support the Creative Team with insights by curation and observation of trends;
Support the Branding Team by bringing benchmarks and references;
Support the creative team independently, empowering and collaboratively offering help.
Qualifications&Experience
Degree or equivalent experience in Bachelor’s Degree in Media Studies, Journalism, Advertising, Creative Writing, TV/Video/Production, Design, Film, Arts, Marketing & related communications field;
Fluent inEnglish;
Experience in a creative, strategy role in agency or entertainment;
Experience in ideation, writing, production, editing, and content strategy;
Fluent in new media platforms (uploading, language, memes, streaming)
Ability to create scripts representing Brazilian Culture and feet with Latin American culture
OtherNicetoHave
Ability to speak Spanish
General knowledge of data and performance of content, social media analytics
Experience in Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, Mac
