As a Senior CX Operations Analyst, you'll spearhead collaborative efforts, partnering with diverse stakeholders to drive projects, analyze data, and devise solutions that enhance user interactions and operational efficiency. The CX Antifraud Sr Analyst plays a pivotal role in enhancing fraud prevention efforts. Responsible for designing and refining processes, methodologies, and actions to ensure optimal resolution experiences for complex fraud cases, the ideal candidate must possess strong organizational and prioritization skills.
