We are a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka and looking for a Sales Operation Manager for a leading Manufacturing company based in Sri Lanka with exports to 40 plus countries.
Job Description
As a Sales Operation Manager you will be responsible to manager and oversee the sales operations of the company. Your primary goal will be to develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance.
- Collaborate with sales teams to set goals and targets
- Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to identify areas of improvement
- Ensure timely and accurate sales reporting
- Train and motivate sales staff to achieve targets
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations
Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 6 years of proven experience in sales operations or a similar role.
A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role.
