Amazon Seller Marketing team is responsible for driving seller acquisition to all categories available on the marketplace. We own both strategy and execution of Marketing channels and programs. We are looking for a creative, results-driven Marketing Manager to drive the awareness strategy for Amazon Marketplace in Brazil, owning the branding, social and influencers activities. This role will own our online & offline awareness marketing initiatives and channels, creating and managing campaigns to improve awareness, generate brand recall, and improve our top funnel recruitment results. A successful candidate will need to both see the big picture, be strategic and be able/willing to execute rapidly. The ideal candidate has proven success of creating and executing effective awareness marketing strategies across multiple channels, testing and launching new tactics, measuring results and optimizing performance over time against a clear set of measurable targets. This role will own reporting of key content and marketing metrics to the leadership team and broader organization, partner with central marketing teams and influence with senior stakeholders. This is a fast-moving role, requiring strong prioritization and communication skills. Day-to-day activities will change constantly as our business grows and this person can expect to build marketing programs that reaches thousands of potential selling partners. Being flexible and comfortable with ambiguity will be required for success. The ideal candidate is able to conduct themselves autonomously, successfully manage a demanding project pipeline, and effectively communicate and foster strong relationships with the team. Key job responsibilities- 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience managing budgets
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written / advanced English)
- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
- Experience managing external agencies (creative, social, content)
