The On Trade Executive is responsible for managing several important on trade accounts in São Paulo area in order to develop and build our brands with a consistent business and activation plan and calendar.
Role Responsibilities
- Negotiate and manage accounts and contracts in the area
- Responsible for creating and follow up business and activations plans with the clients in order to grow sales for the company and the on trade
- Promotions and activations tracking results
- Responsible for negotiating and tracking results of the events in the area
- On Trade staff training; Brilliant brands execution in all accounts
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or related areas
- Previous experience with the On Trade (spirits company is considered a plus)
- High level negotiations skills, with a win-win appraoch and a focus on building long-term relations
- Hands-on approach, focused on delivering results
- Good understanding of brand building and trade marketing
