We are looking for a Network Operation Data who wants to learn and transform

Key responsibilities

• L3 Network operational support in Cisco - Need to have strong network troubleshooting skills. Must be able to quickly identify and resolve enterprise network related issues in quickest possible time.

• Need to have good communication skills. Must be able to participate and represent the team in Change, Incident and problem Management meetings.

• Flexibility to work in shifts for 24x7 support

• English Advance

• Co-ordination with multiple stake holders / Third party Vendors for break-fix.

• Must be able to lead the critical outage/major incident calls

• Participate in weekly/ monthly/ customer meeting and provide activities report.

• Perform network activities like IMACs (Install, Move, Add & Change)

• ITIL Process compliance - Implementation of Operational Changes and coordination with project team for project related changes.

• Ensure to follow Network security standards and compliances.

• Continuous learning - Conduct technical trainings, Knowledge sharing sessions to internal resources

• Should be a good team player

Must Have:

• Solid Experience in Cisco Routers – Experience in protocol BGP, EIGRP, MPLS, L2 VPN, Access/policy controls.
• Solid Experience in administration and maintenance of Cisco Catalyst – Stack, Standalone, Nexus Switches – 9k,7k,5k,2k
• Experience in Security/NAT policies for Palo Alto and Cisco Firewall.
• Good skills in upgrade firmware, IOS, NX-OS upgrade
• Experience in maintaining large scale Wireless controllers and Access points.
• Strong exposure to analysis and remediation of security vulnerabilities
• Experience in scripting and automation of code upgrades on Routers, switches and load balancers.
• Automation and Centralized Configuration (Subversion/Git, Ansible, others)
• Should have worked on network documentation and related process
