bwise Media is a digital media agency, specialized in sports betting/iGaming . We work with the biggest and most popular sports websites and apps around the world, managing advertising sales to betting & gaming operators.
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Sponsorship & OOH Sales Manager to help us expand our business in Brazil/ LATAM. You will be reporting to the Managing Director Brazil (located in Rio de Janeiro) and be responsible for driving new offline sales business.

Responsibilities
- Close deals and manage on fields promotions, sponsorships, brand ambassador, special events & OOH
- Reach out to clients to understand their need for offline activities
- Continuous exchange with 3rd parties, athletes, agents and celebrities to create tailored projects for our clients
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships with a wide range of organizations like, but not limited to, local/international agencies, federations, clubs, athletes and more
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s services and portfolio
Requirements
- You have proven working experience as a sales manager, sales executive or equivalent ideally in the s ports industry with exposure to betting/iGaming clients
- You are experienced in offline sales (especially sponsorships & OOH)
- You are a pro when it comes to driving sales processes from plan to close
- You have a general market notion of sports/iGaming/regulations especially in Brazil/ LATAM
- You are a sports enthusiast (preferably football )
- Experience with affiliate marketing is a plus
- Grit is the fuel to your engine and you strive for continuous education and self-improvement
- Portuguese native and fluent in English is mandatory, Spanish is a plus
- Location in Rio de Janeiro, BR is a plus
