Position Summary:
This is a unique opportunity to join CPM as a Field Service Engineer. This position will be located in São Paulo. We are looking for a highly motivated detail-oriented person with strong technical mechanical aptitude coupled with proficient organizational skills, and outstanding people skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and related tasks on our equipment
- Diagnose technical problems and determine proper solutions
- Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
- Tie workflow to schedule
- Produce timely and detailed service reports
- Operate vehicle in a safe manner
- Use field automations systems
- Follow all company’s procedures and protocols
- Build positive relationships with our customers
- Build positive relationships with local Millwright crews
Experience and Requirements:
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision
- Experience with heavy mechanical process equipment
- Proven field service experience
- Ability to read and understand work instructions and mechanical blueprints
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
- Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
- Attentive to details
- Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and E-Mail
- Technical degree or related work experience preferred. Entry level also considered.
- Travel required up to 75%
