Job description
Responsibilities
- Make up the internal financial account regulation under headquarter guide and carry out after approved
- Carry out accounting for the company's income, expenditure and cost, etc., and issue monthly and annual reports; keep comprehensive records and supervision of the company's business activities and transactions truthfully; be able to complete and timely report subsidiary data to the China headquarter in high quality for group consolidation. Participate in the formulation of the company's annual budget, monthly capital plan, and compare and analyse with the actual implementation;
- Handle with the internal and external tax&audit department checking and supervise, prepare and provide related documents timely and truly. Maintain good relationship with bank, tax, and audit department.
- Hand with cash received and review corresponding documents, make bookkeeping vouchers, bank reconciliations;
- Issue and keep invoice and finish tax return.
- Responsible for reviewing employee reimbursement and payment transactions; responsible for reviewing business operation processes such as cargo shipment, income recognition and so on;
- Manage assets: implement inventory counting and fixed assets monitoring.
- Make reconciliation of accounts with customers and suppliers: Regular reconciliation of accounts with customers and suppliers and issuance of letters of inquiry.9. Be able to handle the external reporting to the Chinese HQ on time with good quality
- Responsible for the management of financial records of subsidiaries
- Other issues assigned by manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in account/finance is required.
- At least 5 years’ experience in financial/accounting field,
- Familiar with Australian tax compliance requirements, audit compliance requirements, Experience in handling transfer pricing, local filing and involvement in ATO tax audit matters is preferred.
- Proficient in financial software, able to handle accounting independently, SAP experience is preferred.
- Excellent in excel, PowerPoint, word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively communicate clearly and concisely across all levels of key stakeholders.
- Equipped with accountant qualification (CPA, CA or etc., not mandatory requirement)
