About this opportunity
Align Technology is looking for a full life cycle Talent Acquisition Partner that will focus primarily within our Commercial business function in addition to other areas, as needed. This exciting new role will be part of a culture that is helping to improve lives every day through digital dentistry. Based in Sao Paulo, this Talent Acquisition Partner will have specific expertise attracting, engaging, and hiring highly sought after sales, marketing, clinical, and other talent in the LATAM region.
In this role, you will...
- Partner with hiring leaders within our diverse Commercial organization and others including IT, R&D, HR, Legal, and Finance to learn the current and short-term hiring needs; the cultures and sub-cultures; and experiences, characteristics and competencies required for success
- Provide end-to-end recruiting using tools provided to aggressively source talent throughout the LATAM region in this innovative space.
- Responsible for the overall process and experience in Commercial recruitment, advising on areas that require continuous improvement while maintaining a close, collaborative relationship with our hiring teams HR partners
- Manage 15-20 open requisitions at any given time and actively monitor all candidates' progress throughout the process
- Design and implement unique recruiting strategies to identify and thoroughly screen qualified candidates
- Provide expertise on talent availability, trends and competitive intelligence within the market
- Assist hiring leaders in developing appropriate job descriptions that will attract a well-defined candidate pool.
- Utilize business intelligence tools to monitor metrics, KPI’s, and trends as well as provide weekly pipeline reporting to hiring managers and business leaders.
- Present recruiting and hiring metrics at regular business leadership and TA meetings
- Influence hiring staff to become networkers and referrers of future talent while building and maintaining employee referral pipelines
In this role, you’ll need...
- 4-6 years of recruiting experience, preferably focused on sales, marketing, and G&A skills
- Strong communication skills including English and Spanish
- An ability to influence decisions throughout the recruiting process
- To work with a sense of urgency and be responsive in daily activities
- To be a Team Player - care as much about the team result as the individual result
- Bachelor’s degree is required
