About You and this Role
The Cloud Operations Administrator will play a key role in optimizing critical processes, tools, and policies that support the smooth day-to-day operations of the Vendor Operations team. This role will be responsible for administrating audit evidence, identifying automation opportunities in evidence collecting, setting up a new audit platform. Later on the Cloud Operations Administrator can help with integrating systems, keeping those integration alive, and automating workflows and processes.
Key Objectives
Assist with information security certification activities, evidence collection.
Assist in the coordination and documentation of information security activities.
Help with Evidence Collection Platform migration.
Identify automation opportunities with evidence collection.
Actively participate in Audit calls.
Assist with security waves.
Assist in the maintenance of information security procedures and guidelines.
Create, communicate, and enforce standardized processes across the globe.
Prepare reports by collecting, cleaning, and formatting data sets.
Provisioning - helping move information around from business, salesforce, customer, and support and coordinating the provisioning to make sure each customer is provisioned.
Contribute to the development of re-engineering methods to improve processes, reduce risks, increase controls, and/or increase customer satisfaction.
Understand business processes and needs - proactively identify automation opportunities
Administrational level of understanding of our systems
Administrate systems including access, configurations, and integrations
Create and maintain strong system integrations and automations
Provide quick, helpful service and remediations to other departments via the operations helpdesk.
Share knowledge of processes and systems with new team members and other team members around the world via documentation
Identify project requirements by interviewing users; analyzing operations; determining project scope; documenting results.
Document process flows and create procedure manuals for Liferay’s various operations
Required Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in an analytical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics).
Experience with GCP and cost management
Ability to multitask across a number of projects, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
Experience with Excel or Google Sheets.
Advanced English
Some experience in a multinational environment
Preferred Qualifications
Beginning knowledge of computer systems
Beginning knowledge of software development
Beginning knowledge of cyber security topics
Project management mindset
Experience with Salesforce.com or Tableau.
Experience with JIRA and Confluence
Scripting language experience
