We are looking for Pré-sales Manager who wants to learn and transform his career. In this role you will: Responsible for all pre-sales related activities within the customer. By orchestrating the technical and commercial discussion inside TCS and with customer in close collaboration with Sales team (BRM and CP). Responsible for scoping a deal with a customer and define the business strategic plan. Be the lead and main SPOC for pricing and technical topics of the deal to Sales Team. Assist the sales team during all pre-sales and sales phase (from acquistion, proposal, delivery) Consultive Sales approach, understand the customer point of view and paint point and propose a solution which be feasible and strategically aligned on TCS plans and goals. Lead the internal project team meetings and customer´s meetings as required. Team work in full collaboration mode with all internal stakeholder in order to achieve the customer satisfaction and business target. Manager the resources (direct or in matrix mode) to ensure the achievement of the project goal. Assess, Track and assure the performance and quality of all pre-sales related engagement and deliverables. Build and strenghten relationship with the customer. Identify and assign the appropriate roles to team members. Elaborate the competencies developping plan (functional and behavioural) to himself and to the team members. And much better if you stand out for: ' Knowledge of the IT market on Telecom, Media and/or Information Services Verticals (customer categories, key accounts, analytical technologies and their typical applications, etc.). Strong personal credibility to influence technical and financial decisions at a high level. Sound background on IT technologies, especially on digital transformation and cloud. Ability to present and promoteTCS solutions to a variety of prospects and customers. Ability to set priorities, develop and execute plans in a rapidly changing environment. Open and transparent communcation with the team members. Team working Pro-active and positive attitude. Portuguese Advanced to Fluent English Advanced to Fluent Desirable Skills: ' Experience as a public speaker and high presentation skills; Ability to interact with all stakeholders in the customer (from technical expert to C-Level management); Spanish Intermediate to Advanced.
