Your tasks will include:
1. Cyber Security and Infrastructure:
You are the person for technical topics such as the Internet, servers, networks and cyber security. You will work closely with our data centre and our software development team to continuously optimise these areas.
2. Customer Software Support:
You'll respond to customer inquiries about our software via email and, if necessary, phone. You'll also document important details in our support system and collaborate directly with the development team to fix any malfunctions.

3. Project Work:
You will test our software solutions to ensure that our clients enjoy using them and can always rely on the results. Once you are familiar with our software, you will work on exciting projects. You will be the first to receive new software features and test them thoroughly before they are delivered to our customers.
We will, of course, introduce you to these tasks, train you step by step, and provide coaching.
Who we're looking for:
You are a dedicated person with a good understanding and knowledge to implement all important topics around cyber security, network and software installation and keep them up to date.
We communicate with our clients and team in English. Excellent language skills are therefore a must (native or C1/C2 level).
Our collaboration with clients is at a high level within a collegial and professional business environment. We expect timely and professional communication, openness, absolute reliability, and complete confidentiality regarding all processes, information, and data. We also expect outstanding work quality and strict adherence to deadlines.
You should:
• Have good to very good English skills (spoken and written, native or C1/C2 level).
• Own a computer with a fast internet connection.
• Have excellent knowledge of cyber security and keep up to date with the latest developments.
• Be knowledgeable in current web and mobile tools.
• Have skills in HTML; knowledge of other programming languages is a plus.
• Communicate promptly and professionally.
• Have good logical understanding, even for complex tasks.
• Enjoy systematic testing of enterprise software with high-quality standards.
• Love to proactively support end-users via email, phone, and the internet.
• Be flexible in terms of working hours.
