Job description
Objective: To oversee and manage the brand licensing activities of 3-5 licensee retail stations, ensuring brand compliance and fostering productive partnerships. Key Responsibilities: - Brand Compliance and Quality Control Monitor licensee stations to ensure they adhere to brand standards and quality benchmarks. Conduct regular audits and provide feedback for improvements. - Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationship licensee partner. Act as the primary point of contact for all communications, queries, and concerns. - Reporting and Analysis Generate detailed reports on licensee performance, including sales data, market feedback, and compliance status. Analyse trends and provide strategic recommendations. - Problem Resolution Address any issues or conflicts that arise, ensuring timely and effective solutions while maintaining brand integrity. - Marketing and Promotions Collaborate with licensee partner on marketing strategies and promotional activities to boost brand visibility and licensee performance. - Feedback Loop Creation Establish a feedback mechanism to understand market needs and customer preferences, facilitating continuous improvement in licensee operations. REQUIREMENTS: Preferably the candidates will have petrol retailing background (sales & marketing experience >10 years), a self-starter, can work independently in BRAZIL, can speak and write English & Brazilian Portuguese fluently
