Job description
This is the job for you if you have:
Highest level of Powered program accreditation
Expertise with the Powered methodology/tools
Experience in sales and delivery of Powered engagements
Experience implementing technology solutions that drive functional transformation
Understanding of the project life-cycle and supporting activities
Experience and commitment to using the Powered Execution Suite (PES)
Willingness to collaborate with the architectural community and travel as required
* Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese and English (both written and verbal) is essential

Skills and Competencies*:
Minimum 15+ years of experience leading cloud based managed services engagements
Experience in ERP/Finance/HCM/SCM/EPM/Procurement Applications preferred
Proven track record of meeting SLA s and meeting customer expectations
Prior experience with functional ERP/Finance/HCM/SCM/EPM/Procurement implementation and participation in 4 or more implementations / support projects
Experience in deploying cloud-based SaaS implementations

Education and Certifications
Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related experience
Preferred MBA or certification(s) in a business function
How you will make your mark:
Provides technical platform expertise to cross border sales opportunities
Assist with Proposal effort estimates
Serves as Regional Platform Capability Lead SME for Platform architectural design escalation and resolution
Supports the Powered build program in identifying solution enhancements and new capabilities
Addresses escalated engagement issues as part of the KDN Architect Community
QA oversight of the regional sales and delivery opportunities
Assist the KDN Regional Deployment Lead with driving powered initiatives within the assigned KDN Region Provide solutioning support for multiple, local sales opportunities
Provides delivery oversight of local Powered engagements
Promote the usage of Powered methodologies, tools, and ways of working
IP development, solution enhancement and limited cross border sales support in Architect community
Assist KDN Leadership to design and present high-impact messages to customer s senior level management
Mentoring and monitoring performance and development of Local architect team
