Director of Operationswith great communication skills and who enjoys working with people! Open to someone newer in their career looking to gain experience.
This is a permanent position in a fast-paced environment. Typical work hour is 45-50 hours a week and candidate must have flexible availability.
Responsibilities:- Assist in training and developing employees according to company standards
- Attend bi-monthly meetings with the owner
- Leading and influencing the team on the floor
- Manage day to day operations
- Implement policies and procedures to reduce coats and increase productivity
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Facilitate weekly schedule for employees
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must have a positive, team player attitude and ability to adapt and change
- Flexible schedule allowing to work 45-50 hours each week
- Ability to lead a team and communicate goals
- Excellent communication skills!
- Demonstrates a passion for people and service
- Ability to make quick decisions and passion for developing others
- Eagerness to learn and grow
Compensation & Benefits:- $50-60,000 annually
- $625 month health insurance contribution
- 401k plan and 4% match after 12 months
