We are looking for a Junior Human Resource Manager , with passion and the vital knowledge to collaborate and contribute within our HR Team in Manaus.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the team responsible for payroll, time and attendance and vacations administration
Engage in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits
Differentiate pay systems to invest in workforce segments that contribute the most value
Lead Security team t o mitigate security risks and protect our people, products, and assets, as well as the projects implementation on this front
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
You will build your own capabilities through the job experience, mentoring and training others.
Main skills needed:
Leadership, Communication, Influence, Operational Discipline, Collaboration, Curiosity, Learning Agility and Emotional Intelligence.

Job Qualifications
Proven working experience as HR position related
People oriented and results driven
Knowledge of HR systems
College Degree, preferable in Administration, Psychology or Human Resources
Advanced English
