The group also has a digital solutions agency, an import/export, and distribution entity, as well as a labs unit performing high-standard tests and issuing digital certificates.

Role Description

This is part-time, on-site role as an Estagiário em Suporte Técnico-Comercial - Vendas Técnicas at the Bsmart Group, located in Vila Andrade, São Paulo, SP , Brazil. The day-to-day tasks associated with the role involve training on how to provide technical support to customers; handling inquiries, complaints, and resolving technical issues, and assisting in sales efforts.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills, Good Communication, aiming to work with Technical Support and sales.
• Fluency in Portuguese required, fluency in English is a plus.
• Attending the last years of the college of Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
