We are looking for a BI&Data Specialist:

Responsibilities:

• Leverage advanced data analytics to extract valuable business insights from large, complex data sets, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable business intelligence solutions, employing predictive analytics to forecast trends and inform strategic planning.
• Expertise in utilizing Power BI and/or Amazon QuickSight for creating dynamic dashboards, visualizations, and reporting tools that effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders. Experience with RedShift Analytics is a plus.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and trends that support business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable data analytics projects.
• Implement and manage data warehousing solutions, ensuring data quality and integrity for accurate analytics outcomes.
• Possess excellent verbal and written English skills, enabling clear and effective communication with global team members
