The LATAM HR Business Partner for Grid Automation will lead HR strategy and partnership for this critical region in Grid Automation. You will be responsible for developing and executing the HR strategy to support your client’s business objectives. You will provide expertise and advice in the areas of culture, change management, strategic coaching, talent assessment and development and organizational design. You will partner and influence HR partners globally

Essential Responsibilities:
Your role will be as follow:
- Work in partnership with the leaders to develop and execute long and short-term HR strategies that directly support the business and enable it to achieve its objectives.
- Work with business leaders to develop and anchor GS & Vernova culture around leadership values and expectations.
- Adopt a coaching attitude with business leaders, provide them with timely, relevant and direct feedback to help them develop their leadership skills
- You will be the driving force behind supporting your clients in building organizational capacity, reducing complexity and maximizing team performance.
- Contribute to performance assessment in the organization, identifying strengths and talent development needs in order to recognize, select, retain and develop key talent, plan succession
- Collaborate with regional HR leaders and HR partners to implement a coherent GA HR policy in the different regions and in line with the social relations policy defined by the local team.
- Developing expertise and competency models within function. Growing career paths within the organization. Includes roles that are experts in their discipline, providing professional or thought leadership.
- Influences policy and ensures delivery within own function, linking with other functions of the organization.
- Coach and support local HR partners in the execution of your functional strategy. Support HR operational partners to Prioritize, focus and simplify their activities in order to maximize their business impact.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or equivalent
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional work in the Human Resources function with generalist responsibilities
- Demonstrated experienced in regional or global missions.
- Strong problem-solving skills: ability to make independent decisions, manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (Spanish desired)
