Context
The Role
The Head of Commercial Finance Transformation will lead commercial and financial insights to help drive business performance. This Head will be a key leader within the LAC Finance team and will serve as a crucial financial interface between Finance and senior leadership. This position directly reports to the LAC Commercial Finance Director and will play a meaningful role in enhancing the Commercial Finance organization with streamlined processes and capabilities to enable the company's strategy.

will be responsible for delivering forward-looking, improved business analysis, as well as defining and reporting relevant financial and operational metrics that lead to insightful, accurate business decision-making. They will directly coordinate the commercial finance regional team and have indirect oversight over FP&A and the in-market commercial finance organization. This team will possess a comprehensive understanding of all key business drivers and sophisticated financial models to deliver insightful, improved analysis across the company. The Head of Commercial Finance Transformation is also responsible for leading the company-wide strategic planning process through the 3-year plan.
