We are looking for Desktop Support L2 that who wants to learn and transform.

Must-Have:

• Experience in End User Computing – Laptop, Desktop support.
• Service Management
• Service Now
• Knowledge of ITIL processes

Role of Responsibility:

• Deploy software and Hardware in End User Computing area.
• Trouble shooting and deploying end user compute including Laptop/ Desktop/Notes/O365/ Hardware/COTS and Mobile applications.
• Troubleshooting on Application Support
• Troubleshooting on VPN software and Collaboration tools
• Troubleshooting on Password Reset tools and Remote Control tools.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows 10, Windows 11 and MS Office
• Working experience in ServiceNow
• Excellent communication skills (Local language is MUST along with English)
• Knowledge on Service Management / ITIL process
• PC Asset Support: Add, Move, Change, Update, Reassign of laptop / desktop devices
• Manage hard and soft break fix services for laptops and desktops. Laptop and Desktop support admin with PC cycle and IMACD experience
