Main responsibilities

MISSIONS Responsible for leading the commercial team in managing demand and selling the company's products with a focus on the agricultural segment in macro-regions of Brazil, planning and implementing strategies to increase sales, prospecting new customers (B2B and B2C), negotiations and driving expansion business, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. Responsible for the business P&L. This position is based in the city of Cuiabá/MT (Brazil) and requires a high level of travel. LEADERSHIP CAPABILITIES: Gets things done, leads impactful change; Works well in a global multi-cultural environment; Knows how to influence without authority and build consensus and organizational coalition; Proven managerial and leadership capabilities; Systematic thinker with strong planning and process orientation; Excellent interpersonal communication and strong relationship building skills; Very strong attention to detail and accuracy; Analytical thinker and a creative problem solver; MAIN CHALLENGES: Manage the complexity of the region with the implementation of the Market Access strategy; Grow in sales with sustainable and profitable gain in market share; Grow in sales of strategic products seeking to improve the quality of the business; Focus on the effectiveness of the sales force; Lead changes and strategic vision to drive ADAMA’s profitable growth in the region for the coming years; Team leadership and team strengthening; Assertive communication with all stakeholders.

Requirements and skills

REQUIREMENTS: Degree in Agronomy, Administration, Marketing or related areas; Solid experience in Agribusiness and in soybean, corn and cotton crops; Solid experience with sales team management, engagement and people development (7 managers as direct reports); Knowledge of financial tools and analysis of business and scenarios; Analytical, ability to build scenarios and strategic vision; Fluent in Portuguese and advanced in English;
